2. Find the file aspell-15.dll — the default installation location is C:\Program Files\Aspell\bin\aspell-15.dll. Copy it, and then navigate to the   XAMPP Apache bin directory, which by default resides at C:\xampp\apache\bin, and paste it there.

3.To enable the extension find the php.ini file — by default it will be at C:\xampp\apache\bin\php.ini . and Enable the extension by removing the semicolon and saving the file

extension=php_pspell.dll
4. finally , restart apache using the Xampp control panel.
The Pspell extension will now be available.
